Employment Opportunities

Intramural Sports annually employs over 50 students throughout the school year.  Jobs are available for Sports Officials, Scorekeepers/Timers, and First Aiders.  These positions are available for students who are eligible for College Work-Study (CWS) or Student Hourly (SH).  The Scorekeeper/Timer position is only available for those students who have CWS.  First Aiders must have CPR/First Aid Training.  All other employees:  No experience necessary, training will be provided.  Stop by the Rec Center to pick up an application!!

 Sports Officials

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Officiate Intramural Sports. No experience necessary!! We will train you to officiate all of our sports offered. We encourage individuals to officiate multiple sports throughout the year. Students who officiate Intramural Sports may also, and are encouraged to, participate in the sports they are officiating. The pay is very competitive and Work-Study is encouraged but not required. PAY RATE:  $6.65 to $6.80 HOURS: Some weekend (Sunday evenings) and evening hours (Monday - Thursday) are available. Scorekeepers/Timers

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Keep score/time of various Intramural Sports. No experience necessary!! We will train you to keep score for all of our sports offered. Students who keep score/time for Intramural Sports may also, and are encouraged to, participate in the sports they are officiating. The pay is very competitive and Work-Study is required. PAY RATE:  $6.50  HOURS: Some weekend (Sunday evenings) and evening hours (Monday - Thursday) are available.
